Diverse - Gifted - Called
Whether it’s through EDGE, iEDGE, or any other pathway, effective Navigators come from all over. All we are asking the Lord to use you to bring us future Navigator Staff that is:
Diverse – We are looking for navigators who look like the community they are ministering to, that means ethnically, socially, and economically diverse. We want people that look like us and that don’t!
Gifted – God has given every believer talents and we want future Navigators to use their God-given gifting and abilities to help us train up 1 million disciple makers.
Called – Making your living from the gospel is not easy and it is not for everyone. We want men and women who have been called by God to dedicate their lives to living out our calling to advance the gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
